Welcome to the heart of PodPeak™. To ensure every pod thrives, we ask you to read and agree to the following rules and commitments. These guidelines blend legal safeguards with our core values—collaboration, integrity, and growth—so you can focus on creating impact, not worrying about compliance.

1. Engagement & Participation

• Weekly Contributions: Post at least once and engage meaningfully (comment, like, share) with each podmate’s content 3 times weekly.
• On-Time Posts: Follow the shared content calendar; late or missed posts must be communicated 24 hours in advance.
• Quality Interaction: Comments must be detailed, thoughtful, and relevant—no generic emojis or spam.

2. Content Standards

• Originality: All posts must be your own work. No plagiarism, AI-generated spin without human oversight, or recycled content from competitors.
• No Fake Metrics: Absolutely no use of bots, purchased followers, or automated engagement tools. We reserve the right to audit your analytics at any time.
• Transparency: Label any paid or affiliate content clearly, following FTC and local guidelines.
• No Prohibited Content: Zero tolerance for hate speech, harassment, defamation, illegal activities, or dangerous stunts. Keep discussions respectful and lawful.

3. Community & Culture

PodPeak™ thrives on trust and mutual respect. By joining, you commit to:

• Positive Collaboration: Celebrate wins, provide constructive feedback, and uplift fellow podmates.
• Confidentiality: Any private strategy discussions, performance metrics, or podmate data shared within the group must remain within the pod.
• Cultural Sensitivity: Honor diverse perspectives and avoid polarizing or exclusionary language.

4. Legal & Privacy

• Age Requirement: Must be 18+ or at legal majority. Underage participants require guardian consent.
• Data Protection: You agree to handle personal data (followers, contacts) in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and relevant regional laws.
• IP Rights: You retain ownership of your content; PodPeak™ reserves the right to use aggregated, anonymized performance data for internal improvement.
• Termination Clause: Violation of any rule may result in immediate removal from your pod without refund.

5. Dispute Resolution & Support

• Open Communication: Raise any concerns in our private support channel; we commit to responding within 24 hours.
• Mediation First: We prioritize amicable resolution through facilitation before any formal proceedings.
• Binding Arbitration: If unresolved, disputes will be settled via binding arbitration under [Jurisdiction].
