1. Introduction

Welcome to Publish Peak Media. These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your purchase of our digital products (the “Products”) through Paddle and your use of our website at https://publishpeakmedia.com (the “Site”). By placing an order or downloading a Product, you agree to these Terms.

2. Definitions

  • “We,” “Us,” “Our,” “Publish Peak Media”
    Public Peak Media, an Alberta, Canada–based publisher.
  • “You” or “User”
    Any individual or entity who purchases or uses Our Products.
  • “Products”
    Digital ebooks, templates, worksheets, or related downloadable content sold via our Site.
  • “Paddle”
    The third-party platform we use for payment processing and fulfillment.

3. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, view, and use the Products for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense any Product content.

4. Ordering & Payment

  • All purchases are processed securely through Paddle.
  • Prices are displayed in your chosen currency; Paddle handles currency conversion and applicable taxes.
  • You agree to pay all fees shown at checkout.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-Day Fill-Your-Chairs Guarantee. If you’ve fully implemented our content plan and completed your monthly checklist but still haven’t seen client engagement increase, contact our team for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

All refund requests must include documentation of completed promotional activities and usage of provided materials. Refunds are not available after 30 days or if the materials were not used in good faith as intended.

Due to the nature of digital content, once templates, scripts, and other proprietary assets have been accessed or downloaded, partial refunds are not issued.

6. Delivery & Access

  • After purchase, you receive a secure download link via Paddle email.
  • Download links remain active for 30 days.
  • No physical goods are shipped.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Circumvent DRM or any technical protection measures.
  • Host, mirror, frame, or embed Product content on other domains.
  • Use Products for illegal, infringing, or unethical activities.

8. Intellectual Property

All Product content is © 2025 Public Peak Media. All rights reserved. No title or ownership of any intellectual property is transferred to you.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • No Warranties: Products are provided “as-is,” without warranty of any kind.
  • Liability Cap: Our total liability per purchase is limited to the purchase price paid.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Publish Peak Media harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of Products or breach of these Terms.

11. Service Interruptions

While we aim for 24/7 access, we may suspend the Site for maintenance or updates. We will schedule downtime during off-peak hours whenever possible.

12. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We collect only the data necessary to deliver your subscription content, process payments, and improve our services.

Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties outside of the platforms required to fulfill your subscription, such as our payment processor and email service provider.

We use industry-standard encryption, access controls, and monitoring to ensure the security of your information. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing our support team.

For analytics and product improvement, anonymized usage data may be used to help us optimize your experience.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

16. Complaint Policy

We are committed to handling all complaints professionally and fairly. If you have a complaint, please contact us in writing at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue and any relevant supporting documentation.

All complaints will be acknowledged within 3 business days. Our goal is to resolve complaints within 10 business days from the date of acknowledgment. If additional time is required, we will inform you in writing with an explanation and a revised timeframe.
